      1) Download IrfanView (Freeware)
      2) Copy/Paste the Image
      3) Press Ctrl+R
      4) Set the image to 9*9 Pixels
      5) Zoom
      6) Profit!

    I dont think it is the seasonal shoyru gnome, or the gnome hat plant, there is a light green background to this image, the thing were trying to guess is a layered image atop another image.
