    Seems like a Woodland or Camouflage Neopet...But I compared them a little and found nothing.

    So it might be related to grass or leaves. Maybe it's Earth Faerie Wings?

    I got it! It's Princess Terrana from Shenkuu Warrior II :) It took me about 5 minutes to figure that out, just saying. If you want to double check you can find it on the home page under the newsflash (3rd tab)

    By the Way, you can tell that its her because the red is a piece of her headband and the darker lines are the separation lines in her hair :)
