      "This" is a very small part of an image located somewhere on the Neopets website. Why not try searching for it and giving suggestions for what it could be instead of just demanding an answer? -_-

    No not at this time. I think it has Uzarro being a thief. I thought would be First, but that seems too obvious to me.

    It's been solved.
    It was Hoka the Tyrannian Kacheek (whomever that is, lol).

    This next one looks like a Camouflage Wocky, or a Ghost/Maraquan related thing.

    And I think Hoka was the Kacheek on the New Features page! O.O So annoying...
    I still think that the new Mystery Pic is related to Maraqua. Could someone check King Kelpbeard, please? I've looked, and it does look like something related, but I can't be for sure.
