    The only 'question' words that can be spelled are When and Who. So far I have "When is a" on the top line and "else we" on the second line. Still working on it. :)

    I don't think the question begins with a "W" because the W has a space below, like like the question mark has one above. Which would mean a double space. Which is a big no no. That leaves "HOW" open I suppose or whatever else that can start a question except for the big "W" question words.

    Unless you can stagger them in such a way that you can use the bottom letter next to the top letter on a different tile.
