    You guys should go look for the answer yourselves. The guy already gave us a great hint that it's in the neocodex. Meaning it's not a caption contest or encyclopedia entry, or even a shop keeper or banner. I've been looking for about 3 hours and I still can't get it, but it's a good place to start.
