Lenny Conundrum - Round #411

A local signmaker wanted to make a sign honoring all Neopets in Neopia. He took the names of all of the Neopet species in Neopia, and had each of the letters in their names hand carved on individual tiles, which he was going to put on display. However, at some point, all of the letters got all scrambled.
And when he got the tiles, he realized that he had forgotten one Neopet name! Oops!
What Neopet did he forget to include?

    Just have to count each of the letters, versus the number of letters of all the neopets combined. Find the missing letters, and unscramble.

    Yeah it's Ruki.
    I made a chart and went through all of the neopets letter by letter filling out the letters up there until ruki was left :P

    But those letters get used for other pets before ruki. I saw that too but i know it's ruki.

    It's ruki the picture is exaclt one k short and there are 14 times 21 = 294 letters in it. Combined all neopet names have 298 letters and Ruki is th eonly four letter name with one k (kiko has to many k's). By the number of letters alone you can see it has to be a four letter name.
