    I would think it was a cloudy sky background to, in the corner of the actual background, there is like a hint of dark blue.

    It looks like the Faerie Cloud Racers game picture...I checked and it looks like an exact match! Towards the bottom, and if you flip it it matches where the cloud touches the sky :D
